ABOUT
Approachable | Conversational | Nonjudgmental
I take an honest, empathetic, and active approach to understanding my clients, where they can feel safe, comfortable, and heard. I recognize that each individual comes to therapy for various reasons, and through collaborative discussions, we can navigate and explore those needs together. My focus is to help my clients reach their individual goals, allowing for a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
My therapy style is integrative, as I greatly value the flexibility it affords. I pull from various treatment modalities for a more holistic approach, including, but not limited to, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, person-centered, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral therapies, tailoring treatment to best meet your needs, goals, and abilities. Ultimately, my aim is to help you develop and utilize practical tools to alleviate symptoms and cope with life challenges, and to foster your overall sense of identity, awareness, connections, and wellbeing so that you may thrive.
